    To fulfill the agreement Adebayo mother went to the state house at Ibadan to met  her son,unfortunately Governor Adebayo were at the parade ground and when he sighted his mother afar,he was very very furious and unhappy and he told her mother I have warned you several time to desist from coming to met me at Ibadan here due to your health and the long distance journey,but the old woman fought back by telling her son that Adebayo I am the one that gave birth to you but for you to seen me here this early  morning had a big reason,Adebayo cancelled the parade both son and mother went indoor for a chat,her mother narrate to him all what transpire between her and all the oyo prominent peoples during their visit to her at iyin inrespect of their king affair,her mother cajole him and plead on the behalf of the oyos  reconsider their request.

      Adebayo succumbed to her mother wish and after the departure of her mum,he summoned all the oyo elite for a meeting at the state house and he told them that he had sent their message through his mum,which all them agree that they the one behind the task,he eventually told them that there was a very strong dillemna in respect about the chieftaincy tussle why? he told them that PRINCE Oranlola have been with the possession of the certificate of return and unless they have the way of trick to retrieving it back nothing he can do to the situation and he also remind them that they must extra careful because they were dealing with a retired cop,after the deliberation the governor and the oyo elite planned a sting operation to actualized their mission in conjunction with the oyo elite the governor raised up a lot of undercover policemen with two competent civil servant in the state to went and visited PRINCE Oranlola at Oyo town,at oyo town the all the undercover policemen were station at 200 meter radius to the king elect residence and the two top civil servant went in to met PRINCE Oranlola and after the formal greeting between them they asked sir what caused the delay sir inrespect of your installation which Oranlola answer them back that actually he didn't know what is fishing out.

      The duo trick him to bring the precious document out for them to glanced through  which he comply immediately,foolishly he brought the document out and handed it to one of them,while one was already in the sitting position on top of the sofa,the second man just walk away stylishly  with the precious document,alas PRINCE Oranlola have been deceived and scam by the remaining one  emissary he was seeing on ground without him knowing that there were a lot of undercover policemen that was in standby to come and escape him in the way of beating him and forceful drag him into their already standby blackmaria to Ibadan,after the above drama of beating the remaining emmisary and escaped him stylishly then Oranlola came into his sense that he have lost the document to his opponent.

       he shout on top of his voice and the action group felt slighted also,immediately the with the document in the corridor of power,Adebayo called for a fresh primaries and nulify the previous one won by prince Oranlola.

Then Ashamu the Zikist whom married from an Igbo clan due to his nearness to the great owelle of Onitsha Nnamdi Azikiwe brought in the young prince Adeyemi into the race,Adeyemi was serving under Ashamu as a clerical assistant in his insurance firm in Isolo Lagos,due to the prophesy he had heard concerning the young prince he believe that the Almighty God can used him to actualised it,the tales went like this initially Ashamu was born as an Oyo Muslim and all his sibling including his senior one Busari Ashamu were practitioners Muslim but due to the electoral loss he suffer in the hand of the action group party when he slug it out with them under the zikist party then in the early 60s for the Oyo divisional council chairman,he lost the election and was nearly depressed but just to overcome his sad chapter he took a very great step and change his faith to the Christ follower,prince Adeyemi met him as a christian and any time he was going to the church for his spiritual obligation prince Adeyemi was the one that usually escorted him and carried along with him his brief case and others need,one day both of them encounter a prophet of God who after sighted both of them on their way to the house of God,the man of God immediately told Chief Ashamu that he should collected his bag and other need from the young prince,Ashamu was not comfortable and told the man of God that the young prince was his employee and he was on his payroll,the man of God then reveal to him that this young man sooner or later would became a very prominent king,after the church service Ashamu enquired from the young man that are you a prince which he answered him in positive,since this episode Chief Ashamu restrain from giving a useless directive to him,armed with earlier vision he brought him to the Oyo town to enable him also participated in the race and after the new primaries the young prince Adeyemi floor Oranlola to the second position among the roughly Twelves candidates contested with him including prince Durodola of Opapa compound Oyo,Oranlola felt embarrassed and very sad,all his Action Group main backer tried all their possible best to convince Gowon to prevail and overule Adebayo failed because the young head of state believe in equity and fairness,he believe that it was not his primary responsibility.
After the emerging of prince Adeyemi the A.G have infiltrates all the top civil servant in the ministry to be a stumbling block and delayed all the neccesary paper work to avoid prince Adeyemi installation to move faster,still during this period Prince Oranlola have went to court to seek redress and the action group party his main backer drafted a young counsel in the person of Ajibola Ige to his side as Oranlola lead counsel,Ige fought unsuccessfully to used the instrument of law to overturn Adeyemi victory and he failed woefully also to reinstate Oranlola,after a year or more of the delayed tactics of the top civil servant,Oyo elites brought it into the state governor notice again all what is going on under ground about the action group influence and capability to let the vaccum exist for so long without anybody occupy the great throne,Adebayo did his home work and found the then commissioner of local government and chieftaincy guilty and he fired him without waiting for any plea.
Then came on board the mathematical Victor Olunloyo the son of Horatius Olunloyo from Ibadan as the new commissioner of the ministry,Olunloyo is the one that coordinated all the paperwork to enabled the young prince ascend his fore father throne and that's how all the deceit of the Action Group failed to debar the young prince from his inheritance due to the fact that they have already deposed his father early 1955 as the Alaafin of Oyo and picked their surrogate to succeeded him(Bello Orimadegun Gbadegesin) as the Alaafin.

     Later afterward Alaafin confer the prestigious title of Balogun of Oyo on Omololu Olunloyo while Ashamu his benefactor bag the title of Maye of Oyo and he told all the world after the death of ashamu that the Maye title wouldn't be shift from Ashamu lineage and after a couple of month he  bestowed the title again to Alhaji Busari Ashamu his elder sibbling,may God forgive General Adebayo and Chief Ashamu for their SHORTCOMING  in their lifetime.
