Kalu Orji not in a haste to move abroad

Enugu Rangers defender Kalu Orji has hinted that he is bidding his time and does not want to rush over a move abroad and that at the right time he will definitely take his career abroad.
“There is a adage that says time heals everything. I am waiting for the right time and I
believe that time will soon be here,” Orji told Goal.
“Last season was Rangers’ season and I want to state that Rangers will do well this season also. We did not underrate Abia Warriors and we are not going to underrate any team. This is football and I will say they were lucky to beat us.”
The Flying Antelopes right back was awesome last season for the Enugu side whom he helped to win the league title but he is adamant that he would love to remain in the Nigerian league until he gets a concrete offer from overseas clubs.
Orji disclosed that last season would continue to rank among his best season in the NPFL and he emphasized that Rangers would still be the club to beat this season despite their home loss to Abia Warriors in the first game of the season.
He stated that luck ran against them in their tie with Abia Warriors and that in subsequent matches they will turn things around for the better.
